The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 353, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the nature of allegation discussed in the F.I.R. and the statement of the petitioners that they would not repeat the same in future as well as submission on oath that petitioners have got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two
