JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-05-2019 The dispute in relation to the amount of compensation and share of the respective parties therein, has been referred to the competent authority for determination of amount of compensation by the District Land Acquisition Officer, Nalanda, through letter, dated 18.11.2017, under Section 64 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (in short 'the Act'), which is under challenge in the present writ application. It cannot be said that there is no dispute at all, which required to be referred to the competent authority. Further, it is noticed that there is a title suit pending between the petitioner

Considering the facts and circumstances, the impugned order does not require interference. Let it be noted that I have not expressed any opinion over rights of the respective parties to receive the amount of compensation, in the present order.
