The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 314 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420/467/468/414/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recovery of motorcycle is not the vehicle for which any First Information Report has been filed. It is submitted that the recovery of the vehicle as stated is the same vehicle as purchased by the father of the petitioner, but only because the valid entries were not made in the register and in the Transport Office which was still awaited, it has been suspected that the vehicle in question is stolen vehicle and, therefore, the petitioner is being prosecuted
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61732 of 2018 (2) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 in connection with the present case. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as and when required, he shall co-operate with the investigation if he is extended the privilege of anticipatory bail.
In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-VI, Kaimur at Bhabhua, in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 314 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) Saif/- U T
