09. 02.09.2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

The Petitioner seeks bail in Pauthu P.S. Case No. 65 of 2010 registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act pending before the Ad hoc Additional Sessions Judge-I, Aurangabad.

Considering that the trial is only pending for bringing some documents, I find no justification for reviewing the earlier order refusing bail to the Petitioner. The prayer for bail is once again rejected.
