2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegation against these petitioners is of commission of assault by means of lathi and sword to the brother of the informant.

4. It is submitted that the injuries allegedly caused by the petitioners are found to be simple in nature. Case and counter case. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

No.32709 of 2023(2) dt.25-07-2023 2/2 anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Uchkagaon P. S. Case No. 336 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
