2. This petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 19.06.2018 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Aurangabad in Cr. Revision No. 56 of 2018 along with the order dated 12.04.2018 passed by learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in Complaint Case No. 836 of 2013, Tr. No. 859 of 2018.
