Case No. 74 of 2017 disclosing offences under Sections 498A, 323, 313, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Petitioners happens to be the father-in-law, mother-inlaw and brother-in-law. Allegation against the petitioners and other accused persons are demand of Rs. 12 lacs for a safari car. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saharsa in connection with Mahila P.S.
