Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a)/38/41 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016-18.

Recovery of liquor is alleged from a Santro Car. Petitioner was not there at the time of recovery. Submission is that neither the car belongs to the petitioner nor the liquor was of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 30.05.2020. Only due to his criminal antecedent, the petitioner has been implicated in this case. Since there is no direct material of petitioner's involvement, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
