2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Punpun P.S. Case No. 146 of 2024 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 326, 307, 504, 506, 509 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, lodged on 17.05.2024 by the informant Khushbu Devi.
3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that in the morning after the abuse and addressing the mother of the informant as a witch, they resorted to assault in which allegation against this petitioner is of using sword to assault both the informant as also her sister Meena Devi. Upon the local's arrival, they were shifted to Primary Health Centre and later to Patna Medical College and Hospital, Patna. This led to the F.I.R.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that omnibus allegation is there against all the accused persons, he do not have criminal antecedent.
5. Learned APP has taken this Court to the F.I.R. to show that specific allegation is against this petitioner is of assaulting both the informant and her sister by sword causing injuries.
6. Considering the submissions of the parties as also the unfortunate incident where in the 21st Century, the people still believe in witchcraft and accordingly addressing someone as a witch assault without reason, allegation is against this petitioner is of assaulting both the informant as also her sister, in that background, he does not deserve anticipatory bail.
