2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 74, 64, 3(5) of the B.N.S.
3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner established physical relation with informant on the pretext of marriage and when it came to knowledge of informant's family, they asked petitioner to marry with informant, on which, petitioner became ready, but his father refused to marry. It is further alleged that on 01.11.2025, the informant went to the house of petitioner and asked for reason for refusal of marriage, petitioner's family members became annoyed and assaulted her.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to village politics. As a matter of fact, there was love affairs between the parties and it continued for several months.

Learned counsel for opposite party no. 2 vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that there is specific and direct allegation against this petitioner that on false promise of marriage, he continuously established physical relation with the informant and later, refused to marry. The victim has supported the allegation made against petitioner, in her statement recorded under Section 183 of B.N.S.S.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
