2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Shekhopur P.S. Case No. 36 of 2024 dated 12.03.2024 registered for the offences punishable u/ss 406, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and the co-accused persons are alleged to have cheated the people on the pretext of providing loan and enhancing money lieu of gold coins from reliance finance and committing fraud through their mobiles. One mobile phone was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is further alleged that the petitioner is involved in cyber related offence.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that

The name of the petitioner has surfaced in this case merely on suspicion. No incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no concern with the alleged offence. The petitioner has clean antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 13.03.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner and submitted that the petitioner is involved in the cyber related crime along with other gang members.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Sheikhpura in connection with Shekhopur P.S. Case No. 36 of 2024.

7. The application stands allowed.
