"That this writ application is directed for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing memo no.1132 dated 14.4.2017 issued by under the signature of Superintendent of Police, Munger respondent no.6 contained in Annexure-1 whereby and where under the respondent no.6 has issued the order that 50% salary of the petitioner shall be
