Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273, 420, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a)(b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Submission is that nothing was recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Only suspicion is that petitioner is engaged in business of liquor.
Considering the facts aforesaid as well as grant of anticipatory bail to co-accused Sunil Kumar @ Baba by a CoOrdinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 14517 of 2019, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31264 of 2019(2) dt.10-05-2019 2/2 sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Rajgir Police Station Case No. 35 of 2019, with the following conditions:
(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court-below having immovable property.
