====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 01-05-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 12.9.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. 33908 of 2017. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court by aforesaid order in which she was directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order, but she could not surrender in the court below within stipulated time because she was living in the village and no information was given to her from pairwikar. She learnt about the order on 15.4.2019 when she came to Patna. She is very old lady. She is suffering from various deseases. The prayer has been made to extend time by
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28700 of 2019(2) dt.01-05-2019 2/2 further six weeks to surrender in the Court below. This modification application is allowed with direction to petitioner to surrender in the court below within six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy this order. In the event petitioner surrenders in the court below within aforesaid period, she will be released on same terms and conditions as mentioned in the order dated 12.9.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. 33908 of 2017.
