In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for following relief/reliefs:

"A.

To issue writ in the nature of mandamus for commanding and directing the respondent no. 2 to provide the photo copy of the OMR Sheet of both papers i.e. General Studies and Law whereby and where under preliminary examination has been organized for Advertisement no. 01/2020 published on 06.02.2020 for the post of Assistant PROSECUTION OFFICER, in Bihar.

And to Issue direction in the nature of mandamus for commanding the respondents to re-evaluate the OMR sheet of petitioner and declare the petitioner as successful candidate and permit to appear in mains examination which is fixed in the month of August 2021 for the post of Assistant Prosecution Officer (APP) in pursuance of advertisement no. 01/2020 dated 06.02.2020.

To issue any other relief to the petitioner as per the facts and circumstances of the case."

Learned AG for the respondents on instruction submitted that grievance of the petitioner do not survive for consideration. In view of later development that OMR sheet has been re-examined and further revised list has been notified.

In the light of aforesaid development, the present petition do not survive for consideration.

Accordingly, petition stands disposed off.
