JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-09-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1.i) To issue an appropriate writ/order/direction restraining the respondent Municipal Corporation from demolishing any part of the building or encroaching upon any land of the Goshala for construction of any road thereon as the Goshala is in existence since 1906;

ii)To issue an appropriate writ restraining the respondent authorities for constructing any road which is being constructed for an area of 850 ft. x 15 ft. near Anand Marg by encroaching the

iii) To issue an appropriate writ commanding the respondent Collector to comply the orders passed by this Hon'ble Court in CWJC No. 8428 of 2009 dt. 03.03.2010 and MJC No. 590 of 2014 dt. 23.01.2015 by which this Hon'ble Court has directed the respondents for proper maintenance, Preservation and Protection of properties of 86 Goshalas situated in the State of Bihar including the present Goshala and for any other relief(s) for which the petitioner may be found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the present case."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities in case of any subsisting grievance. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
