Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

This petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 27.11.2019 passed by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-VIIth, Siwan, taking cognizance in Cr. Revision No. 122/2019 arising out of Mairwa P.S. Case No. 165 of 2014 for the offences under Sections 504/435/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The only ground submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that his father, uncle and he were made accused in this case and his father and uncle have been exonerated by the police so he should also be exonerated by the police.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12020 of 2021(2) dt.21-04-2022 2/2 This is no ground in the eye of law. The police has conducted investigation and found the allegations true against the petitioner.

Considering the above, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the order impugned at this stage. The petition stands dismissed.
