1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.I) For a direction to the Respondents State to fully demarcate the approach road, which is being built up under the scheme of Mukhya Mantri Setu Yojna, connecting Gularia and Dih Mauahi, having its destination up to Chiraiya.

Patna High Court CWJC No.2056 of 2016(2) dt.12-09-2024 2/2 II) For a further direction to the Respondents to stay their hands from making any construction/encroachment over the aforesaid road, which is presently passing through the personal land of this petitioner (the details of which is being given below) but the same was neither acquired nor donated on behalf of this petitioner for construction of aforesaid road. III) For a direction to the Respondents to stop construction of approach road and to remove encroachment during pendency of this Writ application."

2. Considering the nature of relief sought for in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari, for redressal of his subsisting grievances.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
