JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL ORDER 30-01-2021 Heard Mr. Gagan Deo Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Jharkhandi Upadhayay, learned In-charge Additional Public Prosecutor (hereinafter referred to as the 'APP') for the State.

2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the application with liberty to surrender before the Court below and seek bail.

3. In view thereof, as prayed for by learned counsel for the petitioner, the application stands disposed off as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.

4. If the petitioner surrenders before the Court below and prays for bail within four weeks from today, the same shall be shall considered, on its own merits, in accordance with law,
