Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.168 of 2022 registered under Sections 327, 395, 450/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. It is further submitted that both parties are gotiya and they have compromised the case. In support thereof, a compromise petition has been filed vide Annexure 2 to this petition.

No.32402 of 2023(2) dt.14-07-2023 2/2 Having considered the fact that both parties have compromised the case, vide Annexure 2 to this petition, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bhagalpur in connection with Complaint Case No.168 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
