2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Charpokhari PS Case No. 58 of 2020 dated 14.04.2020, instituted under Sections 188/420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the application.
