JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-01-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 25.12.2013 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the I.P.C.

The petitioner was identified by one witness though no recovery was made from the possession of the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and the co-accused who has also been identified subsequent to filing of the F.I.R, having no criminal antecedent, has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 36184 of 2013.

Considering the above facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,
