JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 17-05-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the informant at the outset submits that all the prosecution witnesses have been examined. Since all the prosecution witnesses have been examined, as such, the Court is not persuaded to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

Hence, the prayer for bail is rejected in connection with S.T. No. 255 of 2020 arising out of Mojahidpur (Babarganj) P.S. Case No. 91 of 2019 pending in the Court of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-16th, Bhagalpur/successor Court. (Satyavrat Verma, J) Kundan/- U T
