The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chapra Rail P.S. Case No. 27 of 2020 registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is a lady aged about 55 years. She is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to village politics. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 41284 of 2021(4) dt.18-04-2022 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Railway Judicial Magistrate, Sonpur at Saran in connection with Chapra Rail P.S. Case No. 27 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
