2. The accused/petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ara Nagar P.S. Case No.657 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(5), 127(2), 308(4), 308(5), 111 and 61(2) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita (for short 'B.N.S.') and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The accused/petitioner is named in the FIR and is in custody since 08.01.2025.

4. Allegation against the petitioner is to extort money from informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel appearing for petitioner that implication of petitioner made with the present case in the background of land dispute. It is submitted that actually the amount as alleged to paid as extortion was paid against land deal. While concluding argument, it is submitted that as

No.33829 of 2025(3) dt.16-09-2025 2/3 petitioner is property dealer, therefore, petitioner found involved in seven criminal cases, where he is on bail in five cases and moreover, investigation of this case is already completed, for which, charge-sheet has been submitted and, as such, there is no chance of tampering with the evidence.

6. Learned APP opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

In view of aforesaid factual submissions and by taking note of fact as implication of petitioner prima-facie appears in the background of land dispute, where petitioner remains in custody since 08.01.2025, accordingly, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ara Nagar P.S. Case No. 657 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'CrPC')/under Section 480(3) of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (for short 'BNSS').
