Petitioner is accused in connection with Sarsi P.S. Case No. 10 of 2019 registered under Sections 363 of the I.P.C. Later on, sections 302, 201 and 34 of the I.P.C. were added. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 05.02.2019. Further submission is that petitioner is not named in the first information report. He has been made accused in the present case merely on the basis of suspicion.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on
