17-08-2022 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Earlier, the bail petition of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 14.09.2021 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 35768 of 2021.

The trial court report reveals that though, charge was framed on 22.02.2020, but till date, no witness has been examined.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is in custody since 16.09.2019 and there is no progress in the trial.

Considering the period of custody, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
