JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-05-2019 The present writ petition has been filed for granting appointment on compassionate ground to the petitioner herein in view of the death of his mother in harness on 1.4.2017. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed an application before the appropriate authority on 15.6.2015 for appointment of compassionate ground, however, till date no action has been taken. Considering the short prayer made by the petitioner herein, I direct the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Patna within a period of four weeks from today by filing an

Patna High Court CWJC No.10105 of 2019(2) dt.06-05-2019 2/2 appropriate representation regarding redressal of his aforesaid grievances and in case the District Magistrate, Patna finds that the petitioner has filed an appropriate application in appropriate format, he would consider the case of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate ground in accordance with law and take appropriate steps within a period of eight weeks. The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
