Considering the nature of dispute involves in this writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the
Patna High Court CWJC No.5896 of 2013(4) dt.19-11-2018 2/2 petitioner to approach the Pradhikarn i.e. Anudanit Shiksha Pradhikarn constituted under the Bihar Shiksha Pradikarn, 2015 vide notification No. 972 dated 19.5.2015. In case petitioner file petition before the Pradhikarn within a period of one month from today, the Pradhikar will condone the delay and decide the claim of the petitioner in accordance with law on its own merit expeditiously preferably within a period of four months from the date of filing of the representation.
It is needless to state here that Pradhikar is required to decide the issue of non payment of honorarium or arrears of honorarium and ensure payment thereof with the time frame as indicated above.
