The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ghorasahan (Jharokhar) P.S. Case No. 115 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code Several persons including the petitioner have been alleged to have assaulted the deceased leading to his death. Some of the accused persons of this case, who are similarly situated, have been granted bail by different Benches of this Court.
