The petitioner seeks bail in Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 126 of 2016, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the written report. There is no recovery from possession of the petitioner. No Test Identification Parade has been held. Petitioner has been arrested in Nardiganj P.S. Case No. 231 of 2018 and has been remanded in the instant case on 21.12.2018 merely on suspicion. He further submits that two other cases are pending against the petitioner but, he is on bail in both cases.

Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Nawada, in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 126 of 2016, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
