2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to file detailed representation before the District Magistrate, Bhojpur- respondent no.2.
3. The District Magistrate, Bhojpur, is directed to call for all the records from the Block Office, Executive Officer cum Block Panchayati Raj Officer, Barhara, Bhojpur, Mukhiya of the Khawarpur Gram Panchayat and Panchayat Secretary of
Patna High Court CWJC No.8435 of 2023(2) dt.11-12-2023 2/2 Khawarpur Gram Panchayat, and adjudicate it to the matter relating to the dues claimed by the petitioner on account of certain work performed by him as per the resolution of the 'Aam Sabha' of the Gram Panchayat in absence of any work order and work satisfaction certificate supporting the measurement book, which has been signed by the Executive Engineer concerned and make payment of legal dues to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of the filing of the application by the petitioner.
4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of.
