As prayed for, the matter stands disposed of with a direction to the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Patna City in connection with Complaint Case No.1398 of 2014 to ascertain the view of the couple and if it is found that they are living together and have sorted out all their differences, an appropriate order be passed by it.
