The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of recovery of stolen motorcycle bearing registration No. JH-04U-7330, from the house of petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. It is also submitted that there is no any case of theft has been filed against the motorcycle in question.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32180 of 2022(2) dt.22-11-2022 2/2 Learned A.P.P appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of the petitioner and submitted that the motorcycle has been recovered from the house of the petitioner.

Considering the above-stated facts, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
