JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-01-2016 The petitioners have renewed his prayer for bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20, 22, 23 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

From the possession of the petitioners, respectively 3 Kg and 4 Kg of Charas were recovered. The payer has been renewed in view of the liberty given while disposing the bail application of the petitioners to renew their prayer for bail, if the trial would not be concluded within a period of nine months.
