The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sarai P.S. Case No.214 of 2020 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 366(A), 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that a minor girl was kidnapped by the petitioner and others, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. This application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.
