JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-09-2023 The present petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 8.7.2015, passed by the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj, in connection with Complaint Case No. C10/2015, whereby and whereunder cognizance has been taken against the petitioners for the offence under Sections 323, 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and summons have been directed to be issued against the petitioners. 2.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to raise all the issues raised in
