This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Ganga Bridge Police Station Case No. 70 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2018.

About 450 litres of country made Chulai liquor has been recovered from vehicle. The petitioner is in custody since 31.03.2023 and he has clean antecedent.

Considering the period of custody and the nature of allegations levelled against the petitioner and the fact that he has clean antecedent, this application is allowed.
