JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 10-10-2018 Learned counsel representing the Patliputra Central Co-operative Bank Limited has placed before this Court a XeroxCopy of the order dated 11.05.2018 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Special Leave to Appeal (C) Nos. 1055910560/2018. It appears that the Hon'ble Supreme Court has been pleased to stay the operation of the impugned judgment and order of this Court.

In the aforesaid view of the matter, since the order of the learned writ Court is subjudice before the Hon'ble Supreme

Patna High Court MJC No.726 of 2013 (7) dt.10-10-2018 2/2 Court and there is an order of stay of the operation of the impugned judgment and order, this Court is of the opinion that the present contempt application cannot proceed. In case the order of this Court is upheld by the Hon'ble Supreme Court and the same is not complied with within a reasonable time, the petitioner will have the liberty to file a fresh contempt application in this matter.
