Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Raghunathpur P. S. case no. 119/2018 registered under sections 272, 273, 308/34 of the IPC and 30(A), 38(A), 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The name of the petitioner came in this case on the basis of confidential information received to the police. Admittedly, neither the petitioner was caught on the spot nor anything was recovered either from his possession or from his house. Alleged recovery has been made from a vacant land of Shambhu Mian
