2. The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing the order dated 21.08.2018 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., East Muzaffarpur in Trial No. 2787 of 2017, arising out of Mithanpura P.S. Case No. 108 of 2017 whereby and whereunder discharge petition filed on behalf of petitioners was rejected.
3. As per the report submitted by the Court concerned dated 21.08.2025, Trial No. 2787 of 2017, arising out of Mithanpura P.S. Case No. 108 of 2017 has been disposed of on 29.09.2022.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this case has become infructuous, accordingly, the same may be disposed of.
