JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-09-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. I. That an appropriate writ may be issued commanding the Respondent No.5, the Circle Officer, to proceed with Encroachment Case No.07 of 2013-2014 and pass appropriate order in that case immediately without any further delay.
II. That an appropriate writ may be issued commanding upon the Respondent No.5 the Circle Officer, to comply with the order dated 22.11.2011, passed by the Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Nalanda,
Patna High Court CWJC No.19028 of 2015(3) dt.12-09-2024 2/2 i.e. the Respondent No. 4 and extend cooperation to the petitioner no. 1 in constructing the boundary wall of the land of her share with the help of the police."

The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, to which the learned counsel for the respondent-State has got no objection.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
