Learned counsel for the appellants submits that he has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of the legal heirs of the deceased appellant no. 3. He has also filed I.A. No. 1 of 2022 to substitute the name of the legal heirs of appellant no. 3 and to expunge the name of the deceased appellant no. 3.

Since the appellants have filed an application seeking withdrawal of the appeal itself, this Court allows the same. This appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
