2. This application has been filed for quashing of the order dated 05.02.2016 passed in Enquiry No. 137/14 having Trial No. 3050/15 (arising out of Complaint Case No. 804/2014) by which the cognizance has been taken under sections 420, 323, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 138 of N.I. Act.

3. Lots of water has flown down the Ganges since then. It will be appropriate that the matter is taken to its logical conclusion, if still pending, at an earliest.

4. The petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
