The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been alleged that Neha Kumari grand-daughter of the informant was married with the son of petitioners. Allegation has been made that they are putting pressure on her to fulfill the demand of a golden chain and motorcycle. A plea has been taken that she died due to Cholera and her husband is in jail.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59051 of 2018 (3) dt.09-10-2018 petitioners, namely, Sunil Ram and Usha Devi, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Ist, Nawada in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No.119 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
