The petitioner seeks bail in Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 340 of 2019 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 155 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, petitioner along with other co-accused committed murder of the daughter of informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased and he is living separately and has no concern with the family affairs of the deceased and her husband.
