The petitioner is accused in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 88 of 2015 registered under sections 304B, 201/34 of the I.P.C. pending in the Court of C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is a poor labourer. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioner is in custody since 16.06.2020.

Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer of the petitioner by contending that petitioner is husband of the deceased. There is direct allegation of demand of dowry and cruelty against the petitioner. Hence, this is not a fit case for bail.
