1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail apprehending her arrest in connection with Complaint Case no.543(C) of 2024, registered under sections 467 and 471 of Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the complainant states that one Dulari Devi wrongly depicting herself to be the daughter of the complainant has executed a registered sale deed with respect to the complainant's land in favour of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case which is one of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30877 of 2025(5) dt.10-09-2025 2/3 purely civil dispute. In any case of the matter she is not the vendor in the alleged registered sale deed. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is an old lady.

5. The application for anticipatory bail is opposed by learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the complainant. Learned counsel for the complainant submits that stating that she and her husband had died and showing herself incorrectly to be the daughter of the complainant, Dulari Devi sold the land in question by a registered sale deed in favour of the petitioner. The petitioner is an active participant in the occurrence wherein a clear case under sections 420 and 406 of the I.P.C etc is made out. The application for anticipatory bail be rejected.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegation against the petitioner in the complaint wherein it is stated that she happens to be the vendee in a registered sale deed executed by one Dulari Devi with respect to land belonging to the complainant together with the fact that the petitioner happens to be a lady having no criminal antecedent, it is directed that the petitioner above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks, be released on
