Patna High Court CWJC No.8176 of 2016(2) dt.28-03-2023 2/3 "1.That this is an application for issuance of appropriate writ/order & direction by commanding & directing Respondent Authorities to provide central/state Armed- Security Guards at the cost of State Government to the petitioner being posted as Rural Development OfficerCum-Block Development officer apprehending always threat and danger to his life and that of members of his family at the hands of anti-social elements including the then Backward & extremely Backward Welfare Cabinet Minister, Govt. of Bihar, Smt. Bima Bharti & her associates under a pre-determined criminal conspiracy & collusion with each other in course of discharge of his official duty as Block Development Officer, Forbesganj for protection & security of petitioner and his family pursuant to Provisions of Bihar Police Manual read with Police Act."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
