The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Lalganj P. S. Case No. 343 of 2017 registered under Sections 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the name of the petitioner was disclosed by the person, who was caught red handed while taking away the motorcycle of the informant, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.

However, in case the petitioner surrenders and
